WARRANTY POLICY
Aurora Miniatures North America Inc. (herein “Aurora Miniatures NA”) provides warranty period of one year for all of its North American (domestic) products purchased directly from Aurora Miniatures NA or from an authorized dealer.
For foreign Aurora Miniatures products, Aurora Miniatures North America Inc. will provide after-sales service and support ONLY if the product was purchased directly from Aurora Miniatures NA. For foreign products purchased elsewhere, please contact your dealer or reseller for assistance.
The warranty covers defects in material and workmanship only and the warranty is not transferable.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by modification, customization, improper use, abuse, handling and excessive wear and tear (lights, motor, etc.).
Service and/or replacement options are available while replacement parts supplies last, typically within six months of a specific product's release date. Aurora Miniatures North America Inc. reserves the right to either repair or replace the defective item at its discretion.
The cost for repairing or replacing out of warranty items will be quoted on a time and material basis. The customer must approve of any repair charges prior to their repair being processed.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY SERVICES
In no event will Aurora Miniatures NA be liable for any damages, including lost profits, lost business, lost savings, downtime, or delay, labor, repair or material cost, injury to person, property, or other incidental or consequential damages arising out of use of or inability to use such product, even if Aurora Miniatures NA has been advised of the possibility of such damages or losses, or for any claim by any other party.
The above warranty is the only warranty authorized by Aurora Miniatures NA and is in lieu of any implied warranties, including implied warranty of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
